Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order. A proper unboxing video is required as proof.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and must include all tags and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items
  • Used products
-Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A proper unboxing video is required as proof.
  • Eligible items will be replaced or refunded.
Order Processing Time:
  • We start preparing your order as soon as we get it!
  • For regular items, it takes 2–3 business days to process.
  • For handmade products, please allow 4–5 business days since they take a little extra love and time.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs:
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
